[Marxism] "Cui bono", or "quis"?

Isn't "cui bono" (good for whom) the single _politically useful_
question?

Doesn't the long debate around the "quis" (that is, the how) detour
us from our objective?

I guess that if I were living in USAmerica, I would simply disregard
the question of the making of horror.
