In a remarkable farewell address to the Armed Forces of Venezuela and the 
Nation, 
General Baduel comments on the issue of socialism, the meaning of the USSR and 
Jesus. This is part of the overall discussion in Venezuela over 21st Century 
Socialism 
and what it all means. This is what Baduel means by it. It is very 
sophisticated. He 
ends his talke with the 7 Codes of Buddhism and quotes extensively from Mathew 
in the Bible. Interestingly, he quotes a section of Mathew that is historically 
been 
the center piece of Biblical endorsement of capitalism, used extensviely by 
pro-capitialist 
pundits for the religeious foundations of free enterprise. Fascinating guy.
