[Marxism] July 23rd vs. July 28th?

ANSWER had announced a planning meeting in D.C. for July 28th for its  fall 
actions. Yesterday they announced that a meeting on July 18th had  discussed 
and voted on these actions. Does that mean the 28th is off? I  no longer see 
the sign-up form for it on the website (which I had  filled out).
  How were participants in the 18th meeting notified?
