Not long ago I have seen a TV report from, I believe, French TV
"France2" about a jobs fair in some Chinese boom town, where apparently
labor is becoming a scarce commodity and businesses start offering
higher wages, lower hours, and social benefits.

Reminds me of the situation in the Czech Republic or even parts of
Romania, where Western "investors" complain about the lack of qualified
labor -- at their price ideas, of course.
