But if we discount IAEA on account of being a "notoriously pro-nuke"
outfit, by the same token we also have to skeptical about Slater,
whose article you quote, since Slater is described thus at the end of
the article:
"ALICE SLATER is a founder of Abolition 2000, a global network working
for a treaty to eliminate nuclear weapons and is the Co-Convenor of the
Abolition 2000 Working Group for Sustainable Energy."
To the extent that IAEA is "notoriously pro-nuke", doesn't Abolition
2000 qualify as "notoriously anti-nuke"?
