Perhaps Walter can tell us how much truth there is to these claims that
"incentives to work hard and innovate are lacking" and such, and how
much they're just assumptions based on classic propaganda about
socialism. I know I've spent more than a bit of time arguing against
such assumptions. I'm be curious to know his answer.
