[Marxism] petras and finkelstein

I've bee following this debate over the last 6 months or so. I think Petras has 
dug himself a deep grave, a few notches up from Holocaust denial if you ask me. 
His side kick in this is Jeff Blankfort who has infected indymedia and other 
left outlets with this "jew counting" and his view that even anti-Zionist Jews 
should stay away from the Palestine solidarity movement.

Their views have dovetailed perfectly with the far-right "Zionist Occupied 
Gov't" positions of the open anti-Semites. Their views, as I see it, are 
distilled down to "If it wasn't for the Jewish lobby and the Jewish dominated 
media in the US, imperialism would not support Zionism and that would be a good 
thing".

It was good to see Finkelstein do a nice job of countering this, to the best of 
his ability. It's not his area of study, really.
