I just want to second what David and Einde have stated,
that web users heve attached import to early speculations
about the origins of the attacks, and we greatly appreciate the
concern and support.

We are continuing to gather information, from which
we have learned that systems in other nations have also
been used in the attacks, although, continue to
come from servers owned or operated by Chinese authorities directly
or through state subsidiary companies.

However, for us in the MIA, who is culpable or
responsible for the attacks and their reasons, is at this point
of lesser import than finding ways to stop them or mitigate
their effects.
