Did I miss the part of this conversation where attacks from IP addresses
originating in various institutions and regions throughout China
automatically means that these are originating from the Chinese government
itself? Is it at all possible that there are some everyday, average Chinese
people who don't like MIA and are acting without any sort of direction from
the Chinese state?
