Does anyone know whether the presence of red-tail ("chicken") hawks
in cities is new? I've got a pair whose nest is in a tree across the
street, and when I walk to the grocery store (a couple miles south of
here), I usually see another one perched on a tall building. 

Relevance to Marxism?
