[Marxism] Bush buys 40-70, 000 Ha. of land in Paraguay (now formatted)

According to a news reporter from Paraguay who received the
information from "high authorities" in Paraguay, Bush bought between 
40,000 and 70,000 Ha. of land in Paraguay, close both to the 
controversial Tri-border (Paraguay, Brasil Argentina) and to a base 
usually operated by American troops.

The lands are located over one of the largest water reservoirs of South 
America, the Acuifero Guarani.  A controversial Argentinean public 
official and piquetero leader, D'Elia, is starting to make noises about it
in today's news.

More interesting, Bush is said to be buying land without a clear motive.
Residents of the area through left organizations active among peasants
reported that the lands are being visited daily by "gringo looking guys"
with oil prospecting equipment.  It is interesting to note that the Bush
administration had declared the Triple-Frontera, the border where 
Brasil-Argentina and Paraguay meet as a place where al-Quada and
Hezbollah are operating collecting funds and gunrunning as well as
conducting smuggling operations.

Moreover, the DEA has reached an agreement with Brasil, Paraguay
and Argentina to establish a joint anti-drug and anti-terrorist office to
control the common border.  Amrican troops are present in Paraguay
and they conduct regular trainings and exercises with Paraguayan
troops.  Paraguay is the only countrie so far that granted the US troops
with immunity while in their territory against any crime or "accident."
Argentina and Brasil, so far, would not agree with that demand from the
US State Department.
