Thanks to Rowan for this review and the link to the publisher.  Too often, 
it seems, posters provide links to Amazon or some such middlemen for 
purchasing books, rather than alternative book sites or the publishers 
themselves.

On that note, I would like to bring to everyone's attention that one of the 
best places to look for used books (at used book prices) is a website called 
www.tomfolio.com.  TomFolio is a booksellers' co-operative, with about 250 
member stores from around the world.  Try clicking on the 'browse by 
category' link off the page above.

For anyone interested, I have also broken down my personal Politics
