Used copies in paper can be had for as low as $17 there, but they may 
be lower on the ABE website....

It should be cheaper, of course, particularly at this political 
juncture, but providing it cheaper, even for free online, would have to 
be motivated by purely political purposes.

When books are overpriced, some people turn to loaning the original 
among members of the study group.

Or even to using a copier on key selections...but that would be illegal 
and the SWP would probably sue you...

However, it would be a perfectly do-able solution and entirely legal, 
were it not for the Voohis Act or some such other legislation...
