  I don't see the need to provide editorial comments on everything I send 
to the list, including a Russian blogger's estimation of Vladimir (not 
Alexander, btw) Putin.

  Clearly Walter annoys you quite alot.  It is certainly arguable that he 
over-posts.  But sometimes, as in this case, you can be a bit of a bully, 
Louis.  I expect that you often post stuff to encourage discussion on the 
topic.  How is anyone to know differently?
