Walter,
 I put ironic quotes around "Autonomy" because I believe that the word, which
has this sort of anarcho-leftist feel to it, had nothing to do with autonomy
*except* as a reactionary ploy to mess up the country. That the MAS and Evo
bought into it originally was, IMHO, an error. I'm glad he corrected it (I
assume the MAS has too). Now, the issue is much clearer. When you wrote what
you did, you did so in a sort of flip manner, as if everyone knew this was a
reactionary initiative. This would be untrue, as a large part of the left,
workers and peasant movements bought into it until recently.
