[Marxism] Fascist Attorney John Yoo On George W. Bush - officer, attorney, judge, jury and executor

Fascist University of California Boalt Hall professor John Yoo argues
that King George can arrest, prosecute, preside, judge, sentence, and
incarcerate however he pleases, in violation of all standards of
ancient as well as modern law (not excepting Hitler, for the
theoretical claim is as broad). [Although not here, Yoo also asserts
that any physical pain can be inflicted on prisoners short of major
organ failure, so long as the torturer doesn't enjoy what s/he is
doing: the well-known "it hurts me more than it does you defense."]

For once there is a declaration of a war (whatever kind and however
expressed), the president of the United States has whatever power he
personally feels is necessary to prosecute the war. Apparently, the
only control over him would be a military coup or revolution.
