[Marxism] Note on Itunes from a lurker
You might make Mr. Oliveira aware of the fact that the iTMS in fact
*does* have a program for individual artists to publish their work on
the iTMS without going through a label (though they also deal with
indie labels):

The hoop count seems low. As the iTMS has been noisy about wanting
people to publish their content there, I would expect the process to
be relatively quick and painless. Caveat: I have no direct experience
of this, not being a musician. YMMV.
[I might also suggest a gentle reminder that the diagnostic test of a
monopoly is whether it can raise prices without altering demand, and
that in an environment that has an ever-growing number of file-sharing
networks without *any* price attached other than that of bandwidth,
it is highly unlikely that the iTMS passes that test. That would
probably be too close to a provocation, though. >;->]
