Nah, none of that is noticeable unless you're a serious audophile -
maybe. I use iTunes because there is, to my amazement, no other mp3
download service that's comparable, but I have no iPod, just a Creative
MP3 player. I notice 0 difference between the ACC and MP3 formats when I
pump them through my Audigy 2 and 5.1s.

A program called JHymn circumvents iTunes, but since iTunes 6 is out the
devs need to break the new encryption method. I can say this much, the
iTunes advertisement on the website is totally misleading, the way it
leads you to believe you can convert anything into MP3 format - neglects
to say up front you can't do that with the songs you buy from them.

Anyway, I'm no fan of Macs. I like to build and overclock computers and
I like to play games on them. I also think people who insist on a mouse
with one freaking button on it are Menshevik renegade turncoats to the core.
