[Marxism] Re: The Rotten Elements
The front page of www.rottenelements.org.uk asks you a
question: art and revolutionary politics; married
single or divorced?
The flaw that catches me immediately in the framework suggested by
Rotten Elements is the category "separated," as distinct from either
single or divorced.
I would probably suggest that "separated", as distinct from married,
single, or divorced (the first and third suggesting variants of total
separation, one after and one without that level of intimacy.
"Separation" is very complex, often retaining elements of a common but
also divided family.
However, it would take a lot of time to think through my thoughts on
this, more than I have now because of my political priorities.
Doesn't mean The Rotten Elements won't be an interesting and useful
site, of course.
