While I agree with Lüko about the difference between ND and jw, to say jw is
"in stalinist hands", is a simplification. Certainly members of the German CP
(DKP) are in prominent positions at jw, but there are Trotskyists who write
regularly for jw as well.

Generally jw critices both DKP and PDS from a left, anti-imperialist position.
On international matters it is pretty close to the mainstream of this list, ie.
defending Cuba, Venezuela, Iran and Yugoslavia against imperialist aggression.
As a daily and an organisator of discussions it is indispensable for the
radical left.
