"how far developed are the links between this group and various
interests in the US, Israel and maybe Britain as well?"
In the late 1990ies one could find ads for Israeli state bonds in the
anti-deutsch journal "Konkret". I would guess though, this was more a
sign of political alignment than of "links" in the sense of greater
financial or other backing.
"Also, does this movement have a view on Yugoslavia, for
example siding with the Serbs against the Croats as former German allies
...?"
In general the anti-deutsch left held critical views about the war. The
closest one could get to partisanship for the Serbs was probably Jürgen
Elsässer, then a writer for Konkret. Mixed with legitimate attacks on
NATO's war propaganda, there was the projection of the WW2 on the
conflict that youre mentioning.(Elsässer is paradoxically no longer with
the anti-deutsch part of the left. After renouncing his anti-deutsch
alignments, he is now an editor of junge Welt and has in recent weeks
published terrible articles against the left-wing challenge to the
Linkspartei in Berlin. He appears to be something close to a social
democrat these days.)
"Also, have any former Anti-Deutschers turned into modern day neo-cons?"
Yes, there are a few. A few call themselves "Freunde der Offenen
Gesellschaft" and run a website.
What's more interesting than the financial connections, alignments of
the past and opportunism (by some of the kind) seems to me to be their
ideology: this moralist interpretation of the world, which does not
analyze the interests and motives of the involved in a class- or state
conflict (and criticizes these if they are wrongly chosen), but in stead
selects 'good' and 'bad guys.' People like Horowitz and his German twins
simply had to exchange the parts in their crude moralism, to become what
they are now.
