Thanks for the link; I believe I checked this out recently.
Unfortunately, the figures aren't exactly forthcoming. Touched upon are
the growth in membership from 80 - 240, 000 (1917) as well as delegate
attendance.

This is the problem I've met with in the transcribed documents --
either very cursory mention of mass membership or, when the number of
delegates attending are mentioned, no reference to how many members are
represented by each.

As I said in my reply to Brian's post on this thread, I'm not within
easy reach of my books or decent libraries at present. Please don't go
out of your way; if anything comes to mind that might cover the subject
of membership (the more tables the better!), it would be welcome.
