i am in work meetings most of today, but i wanted to say to JD very
quickly: whatever your headaches are over in the SSP, i would like to
see you differentiate between your specific local troubles with your
group, and the task of welcoming one single solitary new member (half a
planet away from you???) to a world-wide email list. and if there is a
general question in your mind about language and feminism and marxism
and Xism, i'd like to see you take that up with Louise and others in a
comradely way without transference and projection. for all i know,
Louise might have helpful things to say to you about the plight of the
SSP. you just had no call to dump on her like that.
