Good news! There will be all manner of legislation presented during
this debate. The most important thing is not to get hung up on any
one in particular. It's clear Sheila Jackson Lee's proposals point in
a much better direction than Kennedy-McCain. Keeping discussion,
debate, organization and mobilization going, legitiming arguments
on this issue in U.S. political life, that's the best thing right now.

Keep your eyes on the prize: agitate, educate and organize!
