[Marxism] Symposium on Torture at Columbia University Tomorrow
Why the sponsors. who we may presume are all honorable people,
structure both panels as though the EFFICACY of torture is in
dispute, when the real question is what right does imperialism have
to be there at all, escapes me. However, it looks interesting in any
case. Besides, if you get there early enough, breakfast and lunch are
covered.
