Civil War database, run by professional scholars based on official
military records.  I also checked the official enlistment records
directly at the State of Missouri's website.

Not only am I not your research assistant, but I spend the time to
supply some solid information to no avail.

CB: Who said you were my research assistant. Everybody knows you are way too
important for that.  And your time is so valuable, what a shame you wasted
it looking up something like this that is trivial and wellknown.

Of course, I spent my time showing you the ambiguity of the sentence that
Engels wrote. So we are even. My specialty is logical thinking and analysis.
