or that he simply proposed the solutions to the problems which
appeared the most pressing ones for the masses in the specific
situation, so that he could be sure that his proposals and moves were
accepted as the solutions which the working masses would have thought
of.

When you listen to Fidel speaking to a large audience, one may note
his specific talent of speaking out what the listeners would think of
"Yeah, that is what I meant, I just couldn't find the clear words for
it". That is Fidel's art of politics.

Picking people up where they are, not running too far ahead.
