[Marxism] An opportunity missed by both RR man and Bolivia

Sadly, there's not even the slightest possibility that you are 
offered such a post, with your political ideas, dear RR man.  Those 
who in Bolivia thought the way you do were destroyed during the last 
polls.

Which is a pity because if there is something Bolivians need it is a 
good Minister of Railroads and a good deal of RR building.  Both 
things you could have helped them in running ahead OK.

You see, just another problem caused by ultra-leftism.  Our dear RR 
man won't become Bolivia's Bayley Willis nor will he lay the track of 
the Railroad to the Clouds through the middle of the Yungas, as Eng. 
Maury (another American RR engineer) did with the Train to the Clouds 
in Salta, Argentina (only some hundreds of miles further South).  

Which will really be a pity.

Some Chinese Engineer will, and will become the Bolivian "Maury".  
Which is a pity, because I am sure Rrubinelli does _love_  RRs and 
living forever in the heart of an Andean people because you helped 
them lay the track binding the Paraguay River with the Pacific Ocean 
through Cochabamba is something every RR lover would -love as a fate!

And it is also a pity because this is exactly what Bolivians need, 
people like the RR man who loves the tracks, not people like the RR 
man who tells them how should tracks be laid, or else.

Not as tragic, sad and terrible a loss as that of Ernesto Guevara, 
but a loss indeed.
