I just took that up from the message I replied to.

I also think that eventually it will be more important to struggle
over where the water is distributed to, and not its price. Or that the
extent of the water pipe network is being determined by the popular
needs instead of corporate profits, to make sure that pure drinkable is
available for everybody and not only where it makes enough profit for
the corporation.

Nvertheless, healthy drinkable water and proper sewage have to be
brought to every house in every city and village, and the returns from
the sale of gas to foreign corporations should contribute to make that
possible.

And work brigades by those people themselves who need the water.
