How did you get to the conclusion that "demands by the masses are shaped by
nationality"? I agree that different people have different demands and that
there might also be a geographic component within that (amongst a whole range
of other factors that might shape the subjectively felt interests of various
groups of people). By why would it precisely ones nationality that would be
the deciding factor? I really have seen no proof yet that nationalities
really exist as non-ambigous groups.
