I certainly hope comrades are reading the piece linked below.
As it goes on, if I'm reading it correctly, it becomes less and less 
Morales' own opinions and more Dieterich's analysis. So it's hard to tell
how closely the latter follows Morales.
I certainly hope Dieterich is projecting in an unwarranted way
his own pessimistic, reformist views onto Morales, because if not
the worst fears of those of us who are skeptical of Morales will be 
realized.
