So now we ask Nestor:  1) what, who, what class forms the basis for
Morales' team?  2) is such a development even possible without either a)
a socialist, working class based revolution .. or b) increased imperial
penetration which requires, besides subjugation of the workers, massive
foreign investement at the very time when capitalists have reduced
dramatically overall capital investment?
