[Marxism] What is a subimperialist?

In your response to David Walters - in the thread on Lula (as below) you use
the term 'sub-imp' rather than 'anti-imp'.
Can you please define the latter, & especially how it differs from anti-imp
please?

PB: Two quick comments.
a) doesn't Lula's regime qualify not as anti-imperialist but instead as
subimperialist, especially given the way Brazil is lining up with the US on
HK TWO subsidies debates, and also the way it led the G20 in Cancun -
explicitly against the interests of the poorest countries?
b) In 2002 I talked at length with Oscar about his anti-statism, and yes, at
that point he was self-declared autonomist. You also get lots of that
ideology from his 2004 South End Press book.
