I saw this article on the news headlines. WHile it's probably good that the
Koreans who died during the war against the Vietnamese people are
compensated, it seems odd considering that the US not only refused to pay
the promised reparations, but also charged 145 million dollars to Vietnam
for the cost of war waged against Vietnam. In addition to a US court
denying the Vietnamese victims of agent orange any compensation. What to
say about the philanthropy of capitalism?
