I hear what Louis is saying about ending this thread, but I have
to respond to the below.

Bush has already gone public with his plans for the "opportunities"
that will open up, appointing a Transition Administrator -- for
another sovereign country! -- and organizing both above and under
ground for what actions they will take once Fidel dies.

That's what we have to be busy exposing and countering now!

The real opportunities for maintaining -- and extending -- socialism
in Cuba will happen as part of the fight against Bush-created 
organizations or they won't happen at all.
