[Marxism] [Fwd: Zimbabwe Cdes released]
From: Tafadzwa Choto [ISO Zim]
120 demonstrators who were arrested on Tuesday have been released from
police custody after the Attorney General's Office recommended that their
cases be pursued by way of summons after spending 3 nights in cells.
On behalf of ISO l would want to thank all those who phoned and sent faxes
to the police puting pressure for the cdes to be released - thank you for
your solidarity. The struggle is not yet over - prices continue to rise,
the price of bread is going to double next week. Inflation is now at 411%.
There is going to be a broad alliance meeting next week to discuss the way
forward after this. We will keep you updated for solidarity support action.
Fraternally yours
Tafadzwa
