I took a look at the LCR's home page. Pathetic. Beyond what Greg
had translated there are two more paragraphs. And the whole
editorial is buried way down on the page.

Ten nights of rebellion and that's the best they can do? A
campaigning party would use their paper to mobilize the supposed
Broad Left they're so enthused about to get out in the streets,
starting with the unions, in defense of these communities.

They are still going on and are a major challenge to the French 
government.  I though list members would like to see a sampling of the 
French Communist Party, Ligue Communiste Révolutionaire and Lutte 
Ouvrière positions on these events.  The PCF has a daily paper, 
L'Humanité, so it has said more.  I was surprised by the scantness of 
the LCR and LO statements.
