Why the invective? I am neither jealous, puritanical, nor a fool. I simply
do not think George Galloway is as 'effective' in removing the British and
American occupiers from Iraq as your original post intimated. Furthermore, I
do not think that those phenomena you cite as proof of Galloway's own
effectiveness are thus effective either. Undoubtedly, you are right that the
US establishment are out to defame Galloway as a well-known opponent of the
war in the media. But Galloway's ubiquity does not prove his efficacy. The
market is by now expertly adept in commodifying dissent. As for your 'tiny
sects' spiel, spare me the hyperbole.

In any case, I am afraid most of us on the list are 'waiting for the
revolution to arrive'.

Let's leave it, and I thank you to not insult me next time comrade.

Too, maybe the fact the British and US governments are going to such
lengths
to destroy him constitutes proof of the extent of the damage he's done  to
them by exposing their lies and hypocrisy.

As for book sales and audience attendance, the more the better.

Unless, of course, you aspire to a movement of tiny sects that sit in dark
rooms waiting for the revolution to arrive, and of course ready to  lead the
workers when they suddenly wake up.

Stop making a fool of yourself.
