I think that I'm getting it now.

I take it that the vote made no different regarding the party list in
the parliament because the number of votes from the Dresden results
didn't amount to enough to change the previous national standing.

Has anyone figured out what the national results might have been if
only the Party Lists counted? That is, if there was no winner take all
district whatsoever?

Of course, even under PR, there probably should be some regional
grouping. However, either taking this into account or based on a purely
national list, has anyone figured out what PR would give?
