[Marxism] Is there capitalism? Is there Imperialism? was Is Northern Ireland occupied?

Calvin Broadben't question, and it's timing, is more interesting than the
answer.

If the North of Ireland is not occupied then it justifies absolutely the
recent IRA surrender.  Unfortunately their long campaign against the British
is then called into question.

The standard Marxist answer - occupation - would indicate that the self-same
surrender indicates the incapacity of the Irish republican ideology and
their endemic militarism to defeat British imperialism.

In line with permanent revolution it suggests that a programme that
addresses democratic questions but not class questions is insufficient.
