Re: [Marxism] Labor aristocracy (was Re: "(racist's name deleted)....")

First things first: THE YANKEES WIN! THE YANKEES WIN!!!

As for literature, actually only my own superficial treatment at :

http://thewolfatthedoor.blogspot.com/2004/11/imperialism-reconsidered-reposted_16.html

I am not, in general, a student of critiques of Lenin-- this particular
issue requires continuous inquiry into the dynamics of capitalist
reproduction, which means some sort of analysis of the "raw data" of
profit and expropriation in the here and now. So I went to the BEA,
FRB, US Statistical Abstract, Dept of Commerce Census of Manufacturers,
BIS Debt tables, etc. to see what I could see. For better or worse....

As regards surplus extraction in US-- You might examine Anwar M. Shaikh
and E. Ahmet Tonak <Measuring the Wealth of Nations>

Also Shane Mage, list member, did real groundbreaking work in this
area.

Could you recommend some literature on this subject?

I’d particularly like to see literature that examines in
detail the extraction of surplus value in the _US__._
