Crass.... whether you like it or not, they had a lot to do with
reawakening the anarchist movement both in the UK and globally.  They were
significant enough that the IRA actively sought them out for an alliance,
and the British government saw them as an active threat.  There still is a
global network based on anarchopunk.  Also, I think that Public Enemy made
this sort of impact before they burnt themselves out with their own
paranoia.....
