[Marxism] Lessons from Hurricane Ivan
Last year, Hurricane Ivan hit Cuba and then New Orleans. In Cuba, 1.3
million people, more than 10% of the population, were evacuated without a
single lost life.
I've written up the lessons of Hurricane Ivan that were learned in Cuba, and
also that were learned (or, rather, SHOULD have been learned) in New Orleans
