[Marxism] Washington Post promotes right-wing nonsense

In an article
(<http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/08/30/AR2005083001862.html>)
today, the Post promotes "research" by reactionary author John Tierney, who
arrives at this brilliant conclusion (which is unrebutted by any information
in the article):

"Tierney, of the Institute of World Politics, identified five groups:
ANSWER, Not in Our Name, Code Pink, United for Peace and Justice, and
MoveOn.org. He said these groups "come from the Workers World Party" and are
an "umbrella" for smaller groups, such as the "Communist Party of Kansas
City" and the "Socialist Revolutionary Movement of the Upper Mississippi."
Of the last two, he said, "I'm just making these up."

I'm sure I don't need to point out to Marxmailers that Tierney has
successfully identified a whole series of groups who not only didn't "come
from the Workers World Party", but are actively opposed to it, while missing
entirely the ACTUAL Workers World Party and their current antiwar group, the
Troops Out Now Coalition. Complete and utter nonsense, given a platform by
the Washington Post.
