the revolution to the point where they are equipped to take power.

What possible reason is there for thinking that an oligarchy that seizes
power in this respect will follow through its commitments in this respect?
And who determines when the workers 'are equipped to take power'? This
sounds like the worst type of 'socialism from above' to me.
