If you would forget about defending indefensible regimes (Lula, China,
etc.) your advocacy for important cases of this sort would be more
effective. I've stopped reading you completely, and knew about this case
only from other posters. But even on this case, where you are obviously
in the right and urging an important position, you are too damn long
winded, and you need to give more attention to _how_ they might be
helped rather than endlessly repeating the facts about the case. Do you
ever think about the practical tasks of building a movement in the u.s.
Without such a movement, it doesn't make a damn bit of difference what a
few isolated leftists have to say on this issue or any other.

As far as I can tell, this post has nothing new to add -- it certainly
does not contribute in any way to further building the support movement
for the five.
