Wow! There are antiwar officers, including colonels throughout the
military, of course. I suspect that few of them work someplace like the
National Security Space Institute.
It sounds to me pretty much like a freelance gung-ho effort to make Bush
supporters even more stupidly intolerant and hostile to the critics of
the president.
