I don't recall reading anything about this by Phillip K. Dick, and it
doesn't sound like him, either. He was more preoccupied with the political
side of sci-fi, and like many a libertarian, comes out squarely in our side
in the end.

The closes I can think to this telportation theme by Dick is "The
Unteleported Man" a novella, and it's second part "Lies, Inc."

Now, I am piqued because teleporting fiction is always cool ;-)
