Has been my point all along. While Louis has taken great pains and exception
to attack me ad hominem, I have been questioning the ideas, not the person.
I don't know Louis, I know the ideas he expouses, and I know how to separate
the two.

In exactly the same manner that Louis argues that raising the "right of
return", I quote Louis on this, "is objectively pro-imperialist".
Someone in agreement with this line went as far as to quote (incorrectly)
"Holy Family" in support of this view. It is a view I completely and
absolutely disagree with.
You can subjectively be anything you want, and objectively be the complete
opposite (that is the correct "Holy Family" view). The difference between
the lines is that we don't agree on the objective character of the positions
(to use the "Holy Family" in this context is incorrect)
And I am explaning this in a Marxist list to a long time Marxist?
No wonder I always get into trouble with former SWP types!
