Now that the obligatory SWP-bashing has commenced, I want to strongly encourage
any NYC Marxmail readers who have not yet written off the notion of a
revolutionary party (or at least not yet decided the SWP never had anything to
contribute by way of example) to go hear Barry.
Barry says explicitly he wrote the book to explain to new activists what a
party can contribute, and I believe the book succeeds admirably in that aim.
So if you can, go give him a listen.
